DIGITAL CHECK-IN

Experience a seamless check-in experience with your digital scan tag housed right in the app! Learn how to sync your membership ID tag with the app here.

BOOK YOUR WORKOUT

Book up to 3 workouts, including your favourite Group Fitness classes, at a time as early as 7 days in advance or as late as 5 minutes before coming in. Cancel and reschedule your workouts and classes directly in the app.

How to:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Bankers Hall Club app. 
  2. Log into your account. 
  3. Click on the “DIGITAL SCAN TAG” notification. 
  4. In the pop-up, enter the number displayed on the back of your membership ID tag below “CLIENT CODE. 
  5. Click “SAVE.”  
  6. Your digital scan tag is now set up and available in the top right corner of the app. 

You’re just a few clicks away from your next workout: 

  1. Open the Bankers Hall Club app
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Select your preferred club
  4. Under “Your Workout” select “SEE ALL” 
  5. Scroll left to change the day at the top of the screen, and down to see the available spots and classes
  6. Select “BOOK” for your desired club access timeslot/class
  • As a member, you can book up to three 75-minute workouts at a time, one workout per day, as early as 7 days in advance or as late as 5 minutes before coming in. 
  • Need more time to workout? Our reception team is happy to extend your workout, just check in with them 15 minutes before your workout is scheduled to end.

Please cancel your class or workout in the app a minimum of one hour in advance. To cancel your workout or class, click on “My Movement” at the bottom of the screen, find the timeslot or class, and select “CANCEL.” You can reschedule whenever you’re ready.

  • To connect your app to your favourite fitness devices and app, simply login into the app, click “Connect apps and devices” then select your device or app of choice. 
  • Compatible devices: Fitbit, Garmin, Polar, and Withings
  • Apps: The Health App, S Health, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, RunKeeper, Swimtag, Garmin CONNECT, and Strava

If you need help setting up your digital scan tagspeak with reception on your next visit or contact the club directly at 403-298-4750. 

Here are a few steps you can follow to gain access:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version by checking the Apple Store or Google Play for updates.
  2. As a member-exclusive portal, the app  is integrated with our internal customer management software. Your login email  must match the email we have in our system. If you’re unsure which email that is, please email sharedservices@ifhinc.ca
  3. If you are a new member, our system automatically created an account for you. Check your inbox for an enrolment email from MyWellness cloud. 

Not there? Email sharedservices@ifhinc.ca so our team can ensure your account info is up to date and get you started.

If you log in with credentials that differ from our records, you will be unable to access the app. 

  1. Make sure you’re logging in with the same email connected to your membership
  2. If you are unsure which email is on your account, please reach out to sharedservices@ifhinc.ca so we can make sure your information is up to date and send you your verification email
  • When you book a workout, you’ll be able to see who else is working out with you. To make your profile private:
    1. Open the app
    2. Click on your profile (icon in the bottom right corner)
    3. Select “Edit profile”
    4. Then scroll down and click “Profile preferences”
    5. Toggle off “visibility settings”

    You can change these settings at any time.

To adjust your notification settings:

  1. Open the Bankers Hall Club app
  2. Click on your profile (icon in the bottom right corner)
  3. Choose “settings”
  4. Select “notifications”
  5. Toggle off the push notifications you would not like to receive

You can also adjust your email notification settings in this window.

To measure up to your fitness goals, accuracy is important. The app uses your information and body measurements to make specific recommendations and suggestions just for you.

Usually, this error message is caused when you log in with an email address that doesn’t match your membership account. Send us an email to sharedservices@ifhinc.ca so we can take a closer look and make sure your account information is up to date.

You can book up to three 75-minute workouts at a time, up to seven days in advance.
