Business Data Analyst (IT) – Entry Level

The Business Intelligence Analyst (IT) position is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate that is beginning or in the early stages of their career. The successful candidate will perform a variety of data analysis and development tasks against our relational databases and produce detailed findings that will drive key business decisions. Analysis will be in the form of reports built using Microsoft Excel, SQL Server, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). The candidate must be a strong communicator as they will work directly with senior management. Additionally, the successful candidate will need to become an expert on our club management software as they will be required to configure the application on a monthly basis, thereby ensuring that it is addressing the organization’s needs.

  • Acquiring and transforming raw data into meaningful and useful information for business analysis purposes.
  • Working closely with the senior financial staff in gathering requirements for analysis and reporting.
  • Responsible for requirement analysis, design, development, and deployment of business intelligence and analytical solutions.

  • A diploma or certificate in Business Data and Analytics’ or Information Technologies or equivalent experience.
  • Must love data analysis and finding out the ‘truth’ through rigorous and in-depth research and analytics.
  • Relevant experience in Business Intelligence projects including Financial Data analysis would be an asset.
  • Experience writing financial reports using SQL Server Reporting Services and Microsoft Excel (macro development / VB scripting).
  • Knowledge of T-SQL, and SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • Proficiency in summarizing analytics and conclusion according to the audience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels and types of users.
  • Understanding stakeholder’s business requirements and transforming these requirements into meaningful information and reporting.

Summary

A Certified Personal Trainer is responsible for integrating new members into their new lifestyle, ensuring they have the tools necessary to use their membership on a regular basis. This involves training clients on a regular basis and creating a program that clients can follow when they are exercising without a Personal Trainer.

Fitness Consultant

The Bankers Hall Club Fitness Consultant is a great role if you are interested in taking the first steps in pursuing a personal training career.

The Fitness Consultant acts as a fitness concierge by creating an atmosphere of outstanding hospitality, safety and cleanliness. In this role, the Fitness Consultant provides members with: personal training expertise and knowledge, conducts body composition tests, performs basic fitness assessments, recommends Group Fitness classes, assists Personal Trainers as needed and ensures weights and equipment are returned to their appropriate places.

Massage Therapist

The Massage and Wellness Centre at Bankers Hall Club is currently accepting resumes for registered Massage Therapists (2200 hour diploma or equivalency) to join our team.

Hours will include day, evening and weekend shifts. We are looking for someone with a strong dedication to customer service and a focus on therapeutic massage. We offer a competitive hourly rate, full laundry and reception services and a fitness membership.

Cleaning / Maintenance

The main role of the cleaning and maintenance team involves ensuring all club facilities, equipment and common areas are kept clean and orderly. This is done by helping identify problems with equipment or building maintenance, completing daily and weekly custodial checklists as assigned and scheduled, and other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
